The Outstanding Contribution to an Individual’s development award is to recognise an individual that has helped others through their development to enhance their skills, knowledge, and work performance e.g.

  • Supporting new staff through induction

  • Coaching apprentices through their apprenticeship

  • Promoting self-learning, focusing on talent and performance as well as encouraging openness about their developmental needs

  • Through innovative approaches to delivering training through creative and original methods and/or use or learning resources

Nominees should be able to demonstrate how they used their skills and knowledge in a manner which has enabled others to achieve their goals and personal objectives
