Ivan is currently a director in a consultancy company he formed in 2015. Previously he worked in BT’s research and innovation unit for 29 years holding numerous positions including Head of Global Research Centres and Network Transformation Venture Leader.

His research experience includes fibre, DSL, IP networks, network synchronisation, speech coding and voice activity detectors.
